MARTIN DIAZ & JOAN FORT QUARTET

Under the collective name of  Martin Diaz & Joan Fort Quartet this band emerges from the commonly known Spanish-Dutch jazz scene. The band was created in 2022 as a quintet, including saxophonist Jasper Blom. Under the name of Jasper Blom and his Pupils, this band tours around the Netherlands and around Spain to bring their original compositions to some of the greatest cities in Europe. In this occasion we will have the chance to hear the pupils standing by their own and bringing to the audience their love towards this music.

INTROSPECTIONS

‘Introspections’ is an Amsterdam based sextet, founded by drummer Ilia Rayskin. The group blends the rhythmic language of folk, hiphop and contemporary jazz & classical music, while delivering it with a punk rock attitude. The title ‘Introspections’ comes from the idea that each piece is inspired by a personal experience of the bandleader. Expect intense energy and an original sound, that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
